Davis Dental Plan

To better serve our patients who do not have dental insurance, we have designed a yearly dental plan which will help you save on the dental care you need. For one yearly fee, you will receive:

2 cleanings and exams, including x-rays

(does not include 3D scan)

20% discount on any additional work needed, when using cash or check

15% discount on additional work when using a credit card

$450 per year for adults

$325 per year for children (ages 13 and under)
